If you need basic guidelines to disapline your children this is a good book. However if you already know the basics you should probley look else where.
I am a first time parent and had some trouble on how to approach my toddler with her tantrums. I loved this book because it not only gave me some tips in how to handle the tantrums but to understand why they are having them. I will definitely recommend this to my friends who are having the same issues.
I read this in about 5 minutes. It was just short blurbs and sentences. Didn't help one bit. Not even evidence based, just short opinions.
